Timely and structured preparation is essential to us. We create setup plans for all event days and customized schedules for each service provider. Furthermore, we have individual final meetings with each service provider about two weeks before the event.
During this time, you can relax, as we will go through all the essential details with you one week before your wedding or party and provide you with some lists as reminders, ensuring that you are well-prepared too.
Now, you can comfortably arrive and start your big days full of excitement and anticipation.

Everything has been prepared by us and meticulously planned down to the last detail. Now, your wedding or celebration days are here. The Verena Krenn Events Team will be by your side throughout the entire event. We will arrive on the evening before the setup begins, to address any on-site questions promptly, supervise deliveries, and oversee the setup process.
We are also looking forward to a personal meeting with you. During this meeting, you can hand over any personal items you'd like to include and discuss any small details as needed. From that point on, you will always feel our presence by your side. We are here to have your back!
We ensure that the celebration runs smoothly until the early hours of the morning, and schedules are followed accordingly. We take care of the well-being of your guests and, above all, yours.

After the celebrations are over, we have developed a special system to ensure a smooth conclusion to your exclusive wedding or celebration. We will create a closing budget, including a payment schedule, which will contain all the invoices from various service providers that we have already reviewed. This way, you will not be surprised by unexpected costs and can be confident that you are paying the right price for all the services provided.
What remains are the memories! We ensure that you receive the final pictures and videos of your unforgettable moments promptly so you can cherish the precious days and reminisce about them.
During a closing meeting with us, we go through all remaining questions and points to ensure that all your requirements and wishes have been met.
